Why isn't my name on this list? Should I take it personally? Do you hate me?
Okay, first of all.. no, I do not hate you, nor should you take it personally!
Secondly, you may not be on any of these lists because of the following reasons:
(a) You do not have a profile and were not in the top 100 throughout the time span.
(b) You did not have a WW Index greater than 400, including the days of inactivity factor, at the beginning of the time span.
(c) You have not specified a province in your profile and I haven't noticed. (Please notify me if this applies to you!)
(d) You have never been to www.whereswilly.com
(e) You may have heard of Where's Willy, but still haven't been to the site.
(f) You've heard of Where's Willy, and you've been to the site, but you have yet to enter any bills.
(g) You've heard of Where's Willy, been to the site, and entered some bills, but you still have to plug in your keyboard.

Okay, what's the deal with these rank changes? I thought I did better (or worse) than that!
Good question! Well, this is a new project and I'm trying to fiddle around with the best way to do this category. As the way it stands right now, the ranks that are used in determining rank changes are the ranks that everyone would have WITHOUT the days of inactivity factor involved. The reason I did this was because I take the stats only twice for each report and if you (the user) happens to take a week off of "your bills" right before I record the stats, your rank might be lower than it probably should be. The one problem with my method that I have already anticipated is that it may be unfair to those who DO check "your bills" frequently.. but I'm not sure I can work around this so easily.

When are you gonna do the next update? I can't hold on to my horses much longer!
I find that if you stroke the horses gently on their noses and talk to them in a low voice they will usually calm down after a couple minutes. As for the site, I will update it on a monthly basis, but this is a rough estimate. I would rather not pick a day every month to update it, because then this may encourage users to plan entering all their bills around that day. I will usually try and give a rough estimate here and there (ie. late Dec) so that people have an idea.

What with that puke yellow background?
I'm still fiddling around with layout, colours, backgrounds, etc. Eventually I hope to make the progression from "puke yellow" to, say, a "saliva gray", or a "snot green". We'll see!
